From questioning purpose to living it out, the journey to Regine Bumper, LLC began well in advance of Reginé Bumper’s knowing. Since the age of 8, she frequently asked myself, “Who am I? Why am I here?” She knew she was supposed to do ‘something’ in this lifetime but did not know ‘what’ exactly. Her struggle for purpose carried on well on into her early 20 somethings. By that point, Bumper knew she was not going to be a professional singer, dancer, or actress- all the things she had grown up thinking she must become in order to do ‘something’ impactful in the world. The questioning for purpose…up until the final year of pursuing her undergraduate degree.
During Reginé’s senior year at Shenandoah University, she received one of the biggest opportunities that life can present: the ability to travel. Bumper visited Uganda, Rwanda, Haiti, and Thailand in one year’s time. It was the gift of travel that awakened and enlightened Reginé’s spirit regarding her purpose. After a lifetime of searching for answers, she realized that no physical, earthly element could serve as a remedy for her desire for self-discovery and purpose. The solution lied internally, within herself, and required spiritual collaboration. She chose to begin her journey of self-reconstruction and began to do the work. Soon blossomed a new and enlightened Reginé.
While life and understanding her role in it appeared to be looking up, it was greeted with what would become one of her biggest life challenges met: cancer. At the age of 23, Reginé was diagnosed with non-Hodgekins lymphoma while pursing her Masters in Public Health at George Mason University. Through her darkest days and nights, Reginé found herself at a crossroads: to choose life or death. Needless to say, she chose light and life. Standing before you is a powerful young woman who is ready to pour her light into other young girls and women and empower them to boldly step further into their purpose, unlocking the amazing young lady they are deep down.
Since walking in her true self, Reginé has published the book, Eye Remember the Paths Walked, sold over 200 copies, been the featured author in book clubs throughout Maryland and Virginia, guest appeared on podcasts such as MarciaSpeaks and Called to Speak, The Author's Corner, and featured on local radio station, WPGC 95.5.
Today, Reginé continues to live out her life mission by enriching the mind, body, and soul of females. Through mentorship and empowerment, she teaches and guides females on how to live out their purpose by first understanding who they are. Her ability to motivate, listen, inspire and be vulnerable helps women to walk in their light of self-truth.

"She has always been one that if you need advice you can talk to her, if you are having a bad day she can make you smile, and more importantly she helped me grow as a person by teaching me perspective and being more open minded"
"Regine always encouraged us to strive for our best, and she was the perfect example to look up to. She always had such great energy that left me feeling ready to take on the world! She has such a big heart and makes sure everyone around her is thriving."
"Her natural ability to always find the silver lining in any situation is astounding and inspires me to this day. Regine has been more than just a mentor to me but a true and genuine friend. She never ceased to amaze me with her knowledge and effortless grace she extended toward everyone."
"She was someone I always knew I could confide in when I was struggling. There was one specific time when I had just injured my ankle and I was frustrated and distraught. I went to Regine and she talked through the situation with me and then told me “you have to walk before you can run”. It stuck with me through the rest of my injury, and even to this day."
