What's inside: Eyebright, Mullein leaf, Goldenrod, Nettle extracted in organic vegetable glycerin and spring water 

Description: This tincture is designed to aid and support relief from allergy symptoms such as itchy eyes, congestion, runny nose, etc.

Directions: Shake before use. Store in a cool, dark place. Suggested use: 

Adult: Take 1 dropper full 3X/day. 

Child: Approx. 6 drops 3X/day.

Expiration: glycerin-based tinctures can last 3-5 years if kept in cool, dark conditions.
