Skullcap tincture 

Purpose of use: Nourishing nerves;  anxiety, stress, insomnia, mental overwork; fatigue; emotions such as anger, rage, exhuastion, agitation, nervous fear, muscular cramps, pain and spasms

What's inside: skullcap extracted in Brandy 

Directions: Shake before use. Store in a cool, dark place. Suggested use: 

Adult: Take 1 dropper full 3X/day. 

Child: Approx. 6 drops 3X/day.

Contraindications/Precautions: Pregnancy; already using medication for anxiety or sedatives 

Expiration: alcohol-based tinctures can last for years if kept in cool, dark conditions.
